Wayne Wisniewski is a seasoned executive and engineer with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He is the CEO and Founder of Assent Energy Partners, LLC, where he led a company operating over 200 wells, specializing in operations management and engineering. Wayne is known for his hands-on leadership and track record of improving operational efficiency, developing and implementing engineering and technology solutions, building high-performing teams, and implementing cost saving initiatives. He previously held senior roles at BP and at Eagle Energy as COO and CEO. He has managed large well operations both domestically and internationally, and has built and overseen teams responsible for significant oil production and operational growth. Wayne holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and is a registered professional engineer in Texas and Oklahoma

Justin David Prichard- Jones has a Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering and has 15 years of experience in domestic U.S. and Canadian oil/gas exploration, drilling, completions, production operations, and management. With a proven petroleum engineering track record of successfully developing oil and gas projects. Justin has extensive hand on engineering experience, having held total P/L responsibility for an independent oil/gas producer operating in the Haynesville and Eagleford basins. He also has experience operating and implementing new oil and gas industry technologies such as production optimization, artificial lift, and systems applications.

Kirt Warrack is a highly experienced finance professional specializing in the oil and gas industry, with over 25 years in energy sector roles. He is Senior Financial Accountant at Assent Energy Partners, LLC in Houston, Texas. Previously, he held leadership positions such as Manager of Operational Accounting at Eagle Hydrocarbons Inc., handling month-end close, revenue transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, and accounting systems implementation. He has also worked as Team Lead in joint venture accounting at Provident Energy Ltd. in Calgary. Kirt’s education includes a Business Administration diploma from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT)

Vannell brings over 25 years of technical and business experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Assent, Vannell worked at major and independent oil and gas companies including ARCO Oil and Gas, Vastar, Meridian, Chalker, Lantana, Chroma Oil & Gas and Eagle Energy. The majority of her technical career covered Analytical work onshore Texas and Louisiana properties. Additionally, she has extensive business experience in Long Range Planning, Reserves Auditing and Budgeting. She holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
